1) All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. All sales are final, no refunds, no exceptions, NO CHARGEBACKS
2) All descriptions believed accurate but not warranted.
3) Bidder inspection is encouraged.
4) By placing a bid, bidder signifies they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or
they have chosen not to personally examine them.
5) We Reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion.
6) 13% Buyer's premium applied to final winning bids, 3% DISCOUNT for payments made with cash or approved check.
7) Clover Creek Auctions accepts Cash, Approved Checks, MasterCard, Discover, Visa, and American Express.
8) All items must be paid and settled within 72 business hours after the close of the auction.
Items must be picked up during that time. Any items left after 72 hours are subject to a
$5.00 a day storage fee or will be resold.
9) Clover Creek Auctions reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case
of system failures or malfunctions.
10) Auctioneer is not responsible for technical issues that may arise preventing buyer from placing their bids. While we make every effort to ensure correct descriptions we are unable to guarantee the condition of any item.
11) THE ACCEPTANCE OF HIGH BID BY THE AUCTIONEER CONSTITUTES A LEGAL
AND BINDING CONTRACT WITH THE BUYER AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS
AND CONDITIONS OF SALE UNDER IDAHO STATE LAW.

Pick up and pay for items at 430 Main Street Gooding Idaho. Items need to be picked up by the following Monday after the close of auction. Hours for pickup will be Friday & Saturday 10-5 and Monday 10-5.
Please remember to bring boxes and packing supplies when picking up your items.
Shipping will be available for items that will reasonably fit in USPS shipping boxes. There will be a minimum $10.00 handling charge and actual shipping cost for all shipped items. Items that do not fit in a USPS shipping box will be charged an additional cost that will be added to the actual shipping cost. We do not ship furniture, large items or lots of glasswares.
